AI systems built for production, not demos.
Agents, retrieval, and LLM-powered features that survive contact with real users, with the evals, tracing, and guardrails to prove they work.
What you walk away with.
- 01
Production AI system
A working AI system in production, not a proof of concept
- 02
Eval suites
Eval suites that prove behaviour before every release
- 03
Tracing & observability
Tracing and observability on every run
- 04
Clean handover
Documentation and handover your team can own
Most AI projects die between the demo and the deploy.
We do the engineering that closes that gap: scoping the use case where AI actually pays off, building the agent or retrieval system around your own data and tools, and wrapping it in the eval suites and tracing that let you ship changes with confidence. You get a system your team can operate, not a black box you have to call us about.
Sound familiar?
The sentences we hear on first calls.
You've seen an impressive AI demo but nobody can say how it becomes a product
Heard yourself in one of these?
Talk to us→Four steps. No mystery.
- Step 01
Audit
We map where AI genuinely pays off in your workflow and pick the one use case with the clearest return.
- Step 02
Design
We design the system around your data, tools, and risk tolerance, including where humans stay in the loop.
- Step 03
Build & guardrail
We build with evals, tracing, and policy checks from day one, not bolted on after an incident.
- Step 04
Ship & iterate
We ship to production, watch real behaviour, and iterate against evidence.
The full scope, one accountable team.
Autonomous agents
reason-act loops that plan, call tools, check their work, and hand off to humans
RAG & knowledge systems
retrieval over your own documents and data, with citations on every answer
Multi-agent orchestration
specialist agents coordinated by a supervisor for complex jobs
Tool use & integrations
typed, validated connectors so agents act safely inside your systems
Evals & guardrails
regression suites and policy checks that make releases provable
Model strategy & cost tuning
the right model per task, with latency and spend under control
Questions, answered.
The things people ask us before starting a project like this. If yours isn't here, ask us directly, we reply like humans.
Ask us anything→How is this different from just calling the OpenAI or Anthropic API?
Calling an API is the easy 10%. The other 90% is grounding answers in your data, evals that catch regressions before they ship, tracing so you can debug a bad output, and guardrails for the cases a model shouldn't handle alone. That engineering is what we build; the API call is almost incidental.
We already have a working demo. What do you actually add?
Demos are usually a happy path with no failure handling, no evals, and no plan for the inputs that break it. We take the demo's logic and rebuild the missing parts: retries, guardrails, monitoring, and a regression suite that proves the system still works after every change.
How do you decide if AI is even the right tool for our use case?
In the audit step we map where AI genuinely pays off against where a deterministic rule or a simpler integration would be more reliable and cheaper to run. If the honest answer is that you don't need an agent for this, we'll say so.
What happens when the model gets something wrong in production?
Every system we build ships with tracing on every run and eval suites that run before each release, so a bad output is visible and reproducible rather than a mystery a customer reports days later. Where the stakes are high, we design in a human-handoff point rather than letting the model act alone.
Can you work with the model provider we've already standardised on?
Yes. We build against OpenAI, Anthropic, and open models depending on the task, and our architecture keeps model choice swappable so a provider change or price shift doesn't mean a rebuild.
Anyone can wire a model to a chat window. The hard part is the engineering around it: grounding, guardrails, evals, and the judgment to know when AI is the wrong tool. That's the part we've built our practice on.
